Sans Projects
At Sans Projects, we believe every project goes beyond construction: it is an investment, a strategic decision and a commitment to the future. That is why we bring feasibility, financing and execution together with a global, rigorous approach.
The company is led by Toni Máñez Sans, a graduate in Technical Architecture with a Master’s in Project Management and a Master’s in Multimarket Investment. His career combines experience at project management consultancies and leading construction companies, with whom he continues to work closely on new developments.
After working in Barcelona, Mexico, the United Kingdom and Australia, Toni returned to Mallorca with an international outlook and a clear aim: to offer a technical service that brings together quality, precision and investment strategy, tailored to each client and each project.
Our services
Construction supervision
We provide technical control of every phase on site, making sure the work matches the design, the regulations and the agreed quality. We coordinate teams, resolve issues and keep execution faithful and efficient.
Cost management
We prepare and track the budget: we compare bids, review valuations and anticipate deviations to keep the project financially sound from day one to handover.
Project management
We manage the project end to end as the single point of contact between owner, designers and contractors. We centralise decisions, reduce risk and streamline the whole process.
Real estate private equity
We advise on and manage private real estate investments: we analyse opportunities, assess technical and financial feasibility and oversee the asset through to exit or stabilisation.
